Australian Autism Alliance releases scorecard ahead of Federal Election

Autism Queensland CEO Pam Macrossan has welcomed the outcomes of work by the Australian Autism Alliance (The Alliance) in asking major political parties to commit to improved life outcomes for Australians on the autism spectrum.

Prior to the start of this year’s election campaign, the Alliance asked all major parties for commitments that lead to a holistic approach to improve the life outcomes experienced by autistic Australians and their families to result in better outcomes for all.

The Alliance today released a media release and scorecard measuring election commitments from the Coalition, Labour and the Greens to introduce a new National Autism Strategy in the next term of Parliament.
