I have been with AQ since end of 2019, as a new graduate.
My current job title is Central Queensland Therapy Coordinator and Occupational Therapist. I have been privileged with opportunities to grow my career in supporting other professionals in my coordination role whilst still practice. AQ has supported my passion for working with teens and building social opportunities within our community.
I love that I can stay loyal to a company, but I still have multiple opportunities to grow my career. AQ is a supportive company and I enjoy working directly with my on the ground CQ team, but I still have access to a wider team across Queensland with a range of different skills.
I’m excited to be apart of growing and expanding service opportunities for our clients.

When asked what kind of advice she would give to someone starting their journey at AQ, Emily said: “I encourage you to be messy and make mistakes but to reflect, learn and develop on this journey. I look forward to learning from each other.“
