Early Childhood Intervention
Early diagnosis followed by structured, individualised early intervention can make a significant difference in the lives of young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Autism Queensland offers a range of early intervention services for young children. Developed and delivered by therapy and education professionals with expertise in ASD, they focus on key elements including behaviour, developmental and social skills and family-based interventions to meet the needs of children and their families. These services are delivered from our centres in Brisbane, Gladstone, Rockhampton, Mackay and Cairns. If you seek information for support for other areas of Queensland please call 07 3273 0000 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Is your child still receiving funding from the Helping Children with Autism (HCWA) or Better Start for Children with Disability (Better Start) programs? Please scroll to the bottom of this page for some important information.
