This service is available to schools seeking on-going and regular support from a consultant with expertise in autism. Your consultant can: provide direct support for students with ASD; coaching and mentoring of staff; assist in the development of Individual Plans, Positive Behaviour Support Plans and curriculum adjustments and more. School Advisory Visits*
These visits take place at schools across Queensland and aim to provide information, advice, support and individualised strategies to support the educational outcomes of children with ASD. Our therapists and teachers visit students from Prep to Year 12 in their education setting (State Schools, Independent Schools, Catholic Education Schools). Read more ►

Secret Agent Society (SAS) Social Skills Program
​A revolutionary social skills program for 8-12 year olds with High-Functioning Autism Spectrum Disorders.  Schools or organisations with a group of children who will benefit from an SAS program, we may be able to come to you. Read more ►

Senior Survival Skills Workshops
This suite of workshops, designed and delivered by specialist teachers and therapists from Autism Queensland’s Education Support & Therapy Services team, aims to help your high school students with ASD maximize their potential at school and beyond by providing foundational organisation and study skills. They are also suitable for Year 6 students preparing to transition to high school. Workshops in the series are: Getting Organised; The ‘How to Study” Guide; Assignments 101; Staying Motivated & Conquering Stress; Surviving & Thriving in Group Assignments. Each Senior Survival Skills Workshop is four hours in duration and is a standalone so it is not necessary to offer all five. Content can also be modified to suit your school’s budget, time frames and student needs.
