Play for Purpose: first prize winner announced

The winners of Play for Purpose’s 10th raffle have been announced and the first prize has been won by one of our very own supporters! The lucky winner – a teacher from the Sunshine Coast – has taken home an incredible $250,000 prize pack including an Audi SQ5 with fuel for a year and $125,000 in cashable gold bullion.

The team at AQ would like to congratulate and thank the winner and extend our thanks to everyone else who supported us in this and the previous raffles. Additionally, as the chosen charity of the first prize winner, Autism Queensland has been awarded $5,000 from Play for Purpose.

“This is just the most amazing thing. I am so happy I could cry!”, the winner said upon receiving the news. “I actually work in the education department, which is why I chose to support Autism Queensland. I see how autism can impact these kids and the work Autism Queensland does is just incredible. It’s invaluable.”
