For noting: Changes to Short Notice Cancellation Policy

Following the release of the new NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2022-23, from Monday, 1 August 2022, the short notice cancellation period for Autism Queensland supports will be seven (7) working days.
In accordance with the NDIS pricing changes, clients cancelling Autism Queensland supports cancelled with less than 7 working days’ notice will be invoiced the full session fee if we are unable to fill the appointment.
