Cancellations, Non-Attendance & No-Shows

Autism Queensland (AQ) understands there are times when planned sessions cannot go ahead. Costs are incurred by AQ regardless of whether a client attends a session. This policy aims to minimise the negative effect on both AQ and its clients when a session is cancelled.

Child Safeguarding

Autism Queensland (AQ) supports the active participation of children in our organisation. We want children and young people who participate in our programs, services and school to have a safe and happy experience. We listen to children’s views, respect what they say and involve them when we make decisions, especially about matters that will directly affect them.
