Support Co-Ordination Service Update

After careful consideration and evaluation, Autism Queensland has made the difficult decision to close the Support Coordination service, effective 30 June 2023.

The management team has worked diligently to develop a comprehensive closure plan, which includes the necessary steps to wind down the service while ensuring minimal disruption to our clients and employees.

All Support Coordination clients will be offered support to navigate the transition to an alternative Support Coordinator of their choosing, ensuring all appropriate handover tasks are completed.

On behalf of the Board and Executive Team, I would like to thank all the Support Coordination clients who chose to have Autism Queensland support them on their journey. It has been a privilege. We also acknowledge the dedication, compassion, and professionalism of the AQ Support Co-ordination Team.
