The Department of Health Disability Service Plan 2025-2028 (Disability Service Plan) identifies priority action areas and maps 64 commitments the Department of Health has made that will directly or indirectly influence the health system to optimise health outcomes for all Queenslanders and reduce health inequities for people with disability. This includes consumers and people with disability who work in the Department of Health.
